Manders has worked across 12 industries, including energy, finance, and government, and was instrumental in establishing the Nuclear Business Intelligence Council (NBIC), advancing AI adoption in the nuclear sector. Previously a partner at a global consulting firm, he advised C-level executives on digital transformation and emerging technology investments. Today, based in Austin, Texas, he focuses on ensuring U.S. leadership in nuclear energy and AI as both an economic imperative and a matter of national security.

With more than two decades in the nuclear industry, Phil is known for delivering disciplined, structured growth across complex organizations. In 2020, he was recognized with the NEI Top Innovative Practice (TIP) Award for leadership in operational AI deployment. He works closely with regulators, engineering leaders, and executive teams to ensure Nuclearn’s solutions align with real-world needs and safety imperatives.
